Our leadership development program helps leaders make breakthroughs in their leadership capacity through the application of psychology, behavioral science, and our experience coaching the world’s top executives. Programs yield transformative and lasting improvements in leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.

  • Identify development themes
  • Craft a development plan
  • Master the Three Pillars of Leadership framework and key competencies important for effective leadership
  • Achieve meaningful change through a systems development approach
  • Receive targeted coaching based on development areas and leadership challenges that arise during the engagemen

Target Audience & Course Duration:

  • Senior leaders (Founders, C-level, Directors)
  • 6-12 months, with option to continue

Personality & Leadership Profile

This is a personality test which measures 42 dimensions of personality, predicts a 360, identifies personality traits and patterns which impact management and leadership, and provides management and leadership advice. 

Three Pillars of Leadership 360

This is a coworker evaluation which provides feedback on 40 competencies as well as comments on each dimension, providing 30-50 pages of feedback and recommendations. This tool helps inform the goal setting process.

Based on the Three Pillars of Leadership 360 report, Personality and Leadership profile, informal feedback, and personal reflection, several leadership development goals are identified.

Leadership Framework

You will learn the Three Pillars of Leadership framework and key competencies that are important for effective leadership (e.g. Inspirational Role Model; Strategic Focus; Team Building; Creating Buy-In; Holding People Accountable;  etc.)

Actualization of knowledge into behavior change is the most challenging dimension of development. A systems approach uses regular input from your colleagues to inform, motivate, and reinforce growth in behavior.
